This group is for those who are seeking a space that is non-judgmental, supportive, and grounded in kindness, towards both yourself and others.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You are welcome exactly as you are.
All bodies, all stories are welcome!
Our ApproachCompassionate Bodies is a community based project offering reflective and supportive spaces to explore our relationship with our bodies, emotions and experiences.
While the project is informed by professional experience in mental health and education, it is not a clinical or therapeutic service. These spaces are not a substitute for therapy, but rather an opportunity to connect, reflect and explore compassion together.
What kind of organisation is Compassionate Bodies Project CIC?Compassionate Bodies is a Community Interest Company (CIC) and non-profit, created to benefit the local community. All profits are reinvested into the project to support our activities, and it is registered with Companies House as a Limited Company by Guarantee.
